World Book Day 2022

The children and staff were all very excited to share their favourite book characters with us this year. We saw Mary Poppins, Cruella DeVille, Barry the Fish, Dennis the menace, Harry Potter, the Bad-tempered Ladybird and many, many more. It was lovely to hear the children talking with such confidence and enthusiasm about reading throughout the day. There were lots of different activities to explore the world of books: book art, World Book Day fashion show and lots of book based discussions. 
 

Well done to everybody who took part in the book cover re-design competition! Your choice of book for your cover re-designs showed us the books that really inspire you.
